Psycholinguistics
In the year 2017-2018 I am scheduled to teach three courses.
All three courses share the same reading list and DVD of videos etc.
1. MA-TESOL first semester: First Language Acquisition
2. Lecture notes for First Language Acquisition. Also has a summary and evaluation of Piaget, brief comments on learning to read, and a defence of English spelling conventions.
2. MA-TESOL second semester: Second Language Acquisition
This concentrates on multilingualism (ie bilingualism ++) in children. Code Switching and diglossia are swiftly revised. Summaries of some important documents are provided.
